Strong Foundations: Completing our First 10 Acres of fencing at Belridge

The transformation of Belridge is well underway. After years of planning, pasture improvement and paddock mapping, our first major milestone is complete: 10 acres of new fencing now encircle our two large group paddocks. Dual paddocks form the backbone of our pasture management system - carefully rotated to maintain soil health, promote natural feed production, and give our horses the best possible foundation for wellbeing.

At the heart of this investment is one simple principle: safety. We’ve chosen a mixture of Horserail and Stallion Rail fencing for their proven strength and reliability. Both designed specifically to protect horses from injury while maintaining an elegant finish. Safe fencing isn’t just a practical necessity; it’s a reflection of the care and respect we hold for the animals who will call Belridge home.

As we continue building, every decision we make - from fencing and pasture layout to future stables and facilities - is guided by the same philosophy: creating a space where horses can thrive naturally and where time, care and horsemanship define every detail.

The first stage marks a tangible step forward in bringing Belridge to life. Standing by the fence line, the vision feels real now - green paddocks rolling across hills, framed by clean, strong rails that will one day hold clients’ horses at rest. It’s a simple thing, fencing - but it’s also the first chapter of something much larger.
